A cozy stay near the mountains
The Fairways Hotel On The Mountain provided us with a surprisingly cozy suite, complete with a fireplace and a lovely kitchen. Waking up to a cup of coffee on the patio was a delightful experience.
Unfortunately, we faced some initial confusion about parking fees, which wasn’t clearly communicated during check-in. It would have been helpful to receive clearer instructions upon arrival.

The cozy suite at Fairways Hotel On The Mountain impressed me. I loved the fireplace and spacious kitchen, making it feel like home. Waking up with coffee on the patio brought a delightful start to the day. The location near hiking trails added adventure to my stay. However, parking fees weren't clearly communicated at check-in, which created confusion. A few more dining options nearby would have been nice since the on-site restaurant was limited. Despite this, the friendly reception staff and clean rooms provided a pleasant experience overall.

The hotel offered a lovely balcony view, and waking up to coffee and muffins in the reception was a nice touch. We took the kids to City Centre Park, which has tons of fun activities for everyone. Plus, we even brought our pet along!

The location next to the Bear Mountain golf course is perfect. We spent a day climbing at the BoulderHouse and another having fun at City Centre Park. The staff were always friendly, and the rooms had great amenities. Don’t miss the breathtaking views when you step outside.
One downside was the lack of an on-site cafe or restaurant, which left us looking for other dining options nearby. It would have been nice to have more choices without venturing too far.
